Introducing the AI Harness: One Prompt, One Complete XR Course

The EducationXR AI Harness connects the AI agent your team already uses to EducationXR's creation tools. Describe the training you need, or hand the agent an existing standard operating procedure (SOP), and it builds a complete XR training course that runs on VR headsets, phones, tablets, and desktops, with multiplayer built in. It is available today.

In our demo, that took one prompt and seventy minutes.

Watch: One Prompt, One Complete Course

The prompt was a single paragraph: create an experience on a big ship where the user controls a crane and moves shipping containers. From there, the agent did the building, working through the same EducationXR tools our own team uses. The result, our Shipping Containers course, is a real course, not a mockup.

It isn't a one-off, either. There are already dozens of AI-created demo courses in the platform, all built the same way.

Bring Your Own Agent

Earlier this year we showed an AI agent building XR training inside Unity. The AI Harness takes that further: it isn't tied to one AI model or one vendor. Our customers already work with different assistants, including Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and Unity AI, and the harness works with all of them.

There's more than one way to connect:

  • The Caffeine MCP server, which we provide, for any agent that supports the Model Context Protocol
  • The Unity CLI, for working from the command line
  • The Unity AI assistant, right inside the Unity Editor
Whichever route you choose, the agent gets the same thing: access to EducationXR's creation tools and the structure of a real EducationXR course. It isn't generating a one-off 3D scene and hoping it works. It's building a course that publishes to every device and runs multiplayer, like any other course on the platform.

From SOP to Simulation

Most training teams don't start from a blank page. In healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and defense, the procedure is usually already written down, in an SOP that has been reviewed, approved, and audited.

With the AI Harness, that SOP becomes the starting point. Hand it to your agent and ask for a course built from it. The agent works through the procedure and turns it into an interactive experience, so learners practice each step in a realistic 3D environment instead of reading about it.

It helps with upkeep, too. When a procedure changes, update the SOP and ask the agent to update the course to match. Training that used to drift out of date can keep pace with the documents it's based on.

You Stay in Control

The agent builds; your team decides what ships. Every course the AI Harness produces is a normal EducationXR course. Review it, refine it through conversation ("add a safety check before the lift," "make the feedback more specific"), or open it in Flow, our no-code visual scripting editor, and adjust it by hand. When it's ready, publish it to every device in one step.

Built on an Enterprise Foundation

Fast creation is only half the story. Every course the AI Harness builds lands on the same foundation enterprises already trust with their training: distribution to every device, cloud infrastructure that delivers courses at scale, enterprise-level security, single sign-on (SSO), and integration with your learning management system (LMS). An AI agent can generate a 3D scene, but it takes a platform to turn that scene into training your organization can deploy, secure, track, and scale. That combination, fast AI creation on a proven enterprise foundation, is what makes EducationXR unique.

Availability

The AI Harness is available now.

If you're new to EducationXR, or you have a stack of SOPs waiting to become training, request a demo and we'll walk you through the AI-built courses already in the platform.
